Friends Book Club of Southington, Discussion of Wounded Angels

This event is limited to Friends book club members only.

One of my greatest pleasures as a writer is the opportunity to meet with people who have read my books and are engaged enough to want to discuss them.

If your book club chooses to read Wounded Angels and you would like me to meet with your members, please send me a note via the Contact page on my website, AuthorChuckMiceli.com. If your meeting has a sufficient number of members, is a convenient distance from central Connecticut, and is compatible with my schedule, we can discuss the possibility of my attending the meeting in person. If not, we can explore my attending via Skype or another virtual platform. You can also sign up for my “Up and Coming” newsletter/blog, which contains much information on the “Story Behind the Story.” I will also be happy to supply a list of discussion questions for your members to consider while reading the book. Please include your group’s name, the leader’s name and contact information, the number of members, and the proposed meeting date(s), location and time.

Book Reading and Signing for Wounded Angels
Bristol Senior Community Center

240 Stafford Avenue,
Bristol CT, 06010
860-584-7895
http://www.ci.bristol.ct.us/257/Senior-Center
Free and open to the public. The senior center asks that if you are not a current senior center member, please call 860-584-7895 to register so that they can accommodate everyone.

This is the place that started it all. The Bristol Senior Center (BSC) is where the people and events came together to inspire Wounded Angels. I spent three years on-site at the BSC researching, rewriting and interacting with the center members to make sure that the story was as authentic as possible. What better place to hear segments of the story than in the location where they actually happened both in the book and, in many cases, in real life. I will have books available, but if you would like to reserve a copy (no obligation), let me know via the "Contact" page on my website, AuthorChuckMiceli.com, and I will be sure to have a copy there for you.
